Develop and implement customized risk and compliance strategies for external financial
clients, ensuring alignment with industry regulations.
l Leading a team to conduct market risk analysis and trading activity reviews, and advising
clients on risk mitigation measures.
l Provide trading regulatory compliance guidance to clients。
l Deliver risk assessment reports tailored to the needs of financial institutions.
l Manage and oversee a team of risk analysts, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
l Develop internal procedures to enhance risk detection, trading oversight, and regulatory
compliance enforcement.
l Supervise daily workflows related to trading risk monitoring, fraud detection, and client
compliance audits.
l Conduct internal training to ensure the team stays up-to-date with evolving risk
management best practices.
l Work closely with IT, data analysis, and operations teams to integrate risk management
solutions.
l Be responsible for selecting, training, and supervising a team of risk analysts.
