ConsultANZ is currently looking for Survey Manager role at Top Tier Civil Engineering company in Auckland to join our dynamic team for a highway project.

**What's In It for You?**
- Manage and coordinate all surveying activities for the highway project, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking.
- Lead a team of surveyors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the highest standards of performance and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish surveying requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Utilize cutting-edge surveying technology and equipment to accurately collect and analyze field data.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings for use in project planning, design, and construction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the surveying process.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Surveyor (P.Surv) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying, with a proven track record of managing surveying operations for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards pertaining to surveying practices in New Zealand.
