**About the role**:
As the Graduate Destination Survey and Tracking Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the outcomes for all graduates are tracked and successfully recorded in our graduate tracking system. You will also be responsible for the quality and reliability of the data tracked and reported to our Senior Leadership Team, stakeholders, and government bodies such as NZQA. Some of your key accountabilities will be to:

- Create and maintain central graduate files - a CRM file for each student that is consistently up to date with records of contact, activity, and employment progress
- Ensure that all employer activity is recorded and updated regularly; ensure that this information is continually recorded within the CRM
- Provide reporting as required to the Course Advisor Team Leader on the activities undertaken, the status of surveys, and graduate tracking for each graduate cohort
- Identify and capture graduate success stories and share them with marketing, academic and sales staff.

- High levels of initiative and an ability to work unsupervised or in a team environment
- Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Passion for learning and a commitment to represent and be a strong advocate for students
- Culturally aware and actively uses this to strengthen relationships.
