Surveys & Benchmarking provides “best in class” student surveys and financial benchmarking services and software, which help universities and colleges to monitor the student experience, operate efficiently, and target resources to enhance the student experience and improve student outcomes.

**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity within our global company Tribal, for a permanent Benchmarking Consultant to be based in Wellington, New Zealand on a flexible/hybrid remote-office basis.

Your key responsibilities are to:

- Work with other senior consultants/consultants to deliver and manage caseload of benchmarking projects
- Contribute to business development and sales by identifying opportunities for further business from existing clients and passing those opportunities to Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant.
- Maintain accurate records, using internal management systems (e.g. AX2012), of project costs via timesheets and expenses (according to Tribal expenses policy).

**The Person**

As well as being highly numerate and analytical, with a logical approach to problem-solving, you should also have a keen customer-focus mindset, as well as a natural communication style when dealing with customer facing situations.

You’ll also have excellent time management skills you will be a motivated, independent, and confident individual with experience working to strict deadlines.

You will also have strong written skills with the ability to produce accurate reports.
