**What will your typical week look like?**

Day to day, you will provide support and complete administrative tasks for the Accounting & Tax team, as well as supporting the other administrators and team members in our offices, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer care and a people-centric approach.
- Managing client data, checking reports including timesheets, billings and expenses; AML compliance, preparing client service agreements and collection of information Invoicing and WIP Management
- Providing diary assistance, expenses, travel bookings, preparation of agenda’s, taking minutes, compiling documents, presentations and reports
- Administrative data entry, so attention to detail is essential
- Perform reception duties and liaise with incoming clients, face to face and on the phone.
- Communicate effectively and timely with advisers, partners, and corporate staff
- Be an active contributor to the Client Services team to ensure exceptional client service is provided
- Ensure all client related tasks in our local office or designated region are completed in accordance with SLAs and regulation standards

- Competency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Words and Excel
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills

- Well organised with the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to change
