**The Opportunity**

As a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst at Gallagher, you'll be an integral part of our Information Security team. Your role is to assess and manage risks related to our technology systems and infrastructure. You'll perform technical assessments, identify risk mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Additionally, you'll document and communicate risks, prepare reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance our cybersecurity resilience. This position requires a pragmatic approach to cybersecurity and the ability to provide robust recommendations to ensure our technology environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient.

**The Fit**

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in the IT industry, including in a Governance, Risk, and Compliance role. You should have:

- A working experience of cyber risks and threats and how best to manage them.
- Understanding of the NZISM
- Experience with ISO27001 and SOC2

In addition, you’ll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, manage complex tasks, and drive continuous improvement will be crucial. The following industry certification will be an advantage OCEG: GRCP, ISC2: CGRC, ISACA: CRISC
