- The role holder will also contribute to the effective oversight and challenge over the implementation, execution and effectiveness by the 1st Line in Rabobank Australia and New Zealand of the management of Operational Risk including related Operational Risk Frameworks as set out in the Risk Management Strategy. This includes oversight and challenge over the identification and assessment of operational risks and controls, risk and control indicators, findings & actions, as well as incidents within the 1st Line. This may be in the context of specific Divisions/Support Functions or specific Operational Risk Frameworks.
- The role holder will support the provision of insightful analysis and interpretation of risks to the applicable Rabobank Risk Management Committees. This will be based on a robust understanding of the various Operational Risk Frameworks, as well as relevant knowledge of any businesses with which they partner.
