We have a n opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join our Technology Services & Platforms Team to continue the work that the team have started on building the Provider Hub on Salesforce.
You will be responsible for
- E nabling the product vision and roadmap that is developed with the Product Manager;
- Owning/prioritising feature backlogs;
- Refining the story backlog, and working with the Scrum team/s to deliver value for their customers
- Owning and progressing the delivery of products into the ACC production ecosystem
The Product Owner should have an understanding of Salesforce and the current and future needs of our Provider users. The Product Owner will represent the Providers and ACC stakeholders ensuring that their requirements, problems and issues are solved by the Scrum team/s
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Works closely with the Product Manager and Release Train Engineer to seamlessly deliver the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Accountable to the Business Owner for the delivery of continuous improvements and development of the Provider Hub. This includes being the day-to-day representative of the Business Owner within the delivery team, raising risks, concerns and outlining progress as appropriate.
- Responsible for ownership and prioritisation of the product backlogs.
- Preparation and participation in the quarterly planning process.
- Leads the direction and priorities of the Scrum team/s, working with the Scrum Master/s to successfully facilitate this.
**What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role**:
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- K nowledge or prior experience of Salesforce
- A solid background in Agile ways of working, with an understanding of product delivery practices and disciplines.
- Proven ability to achieve with a customer-centric mind-set, mutually beneficial outcomes and benefits through balancing the needs of multiple parties and influencing relevant stakeholders.
- High level of collaboration, co-design, facilitation, and negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven planning and organisational skills, including the ability to delegate, meet deadlines, work under constraints, and balance competing requirements and priorities of multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to enable the delivery of customer outcomes as per the business strategy, through Agile practices.

**Working at ACC**:
The base salary range for this role is $114,022 to 160,972 with starting salary depending on skills and experience of the successful applicant. ACC also offers additional 9% superannuation.
