About the Role
What you’ll do
- Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for high-profile clients while fostering strong, trustworthy relationships.
- Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops.
- Manage the team, mentor and guide other team members in their professional development.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE products to align with client needs.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and system optimization.

What you’ll bring
**Additionally, we’re looking for the following**:

- You’ll have plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems and have an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principals.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platforms is essential.
- You may also have experience with presales and shaping projects.
- You enjoy being hands on and aren’t afraid to get stuck in there to train your customers or mentor junior team members.
