Technical Team Lead - Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform

Location: Auckland (preferred) | Wellington | Christchurch | Dunedin Type: Permanent | Full Time Salary: Up to $175K + benefits Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 WFH

About the Role

A leading Microsoft Partner is seeking a Technical Team Lead to drive delivery across its Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform practice. You'll guide a team of consultants and engineers, set technical direction, and ensure quality outcomes across enterprise-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable D365 CE & Power Platform solutions
  • Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance across multiple projects
  • Act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Champion DevOps, automation, and software development best practices
  • Engage stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years in Microsoft technology, with 3+ in a leadership role
  • Proven experience delivering complex D365 CE / Power Platform implementations
  • Solid understanding of Azure, .NET, CI/CD, and security best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A people-first leadership style focused on clarity, collaboration, and curiosity
