We are looking for a Functional Lead(Field Service) - MS Dynamics 365 for one of our clients in Auckland, New Zealand.
**Short Description**:
Suppose your passion is to work with data migration, data mapping, MS field services and MS dynamics 365 CRM. Then this role is for you.
**Skills & Responsibilities**:
- Reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency.
- Performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM implementation.
- Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations.
- Create estimates for implementation tasks.
- Provide MS Dynamics field services SME expertise to client and mentor team members.
- Data migration (Data mapping) from external systems into MS Fields Services.
- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
- Conduct user and administrator training.
**Relevant Experience**:
- 10 -16 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
