We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Lead Support Consultant in the Dynamics 365 CE space to join our team. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them resolve complex issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and align their technology investments with long‑term business goals. Your technical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the successful operation and evolution of customer systems. Experience Required 7+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant in D365 CE and/or Power Platform Proven experience in: Dashboards, Forms, Tables, Fields, Views Business Process Flows Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas) Power Automate (workflow and business rule design) Power Pages Portal (configuration and customization) Experience with Dev Ops practices and development in a Cloud environment Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, Power Apps Desktop, and Azure Dev Ops Development background in HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Plug‑ins is desirable Strong problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team Microsoft certifications in D365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages Portal are highly desirable In alignment with our commitment to fostering a flexible and dynamic work environment, we have adopted a hybrid working approach that acknowledges the importance of in‑person collaboration while recognising that the determination of your work location will be based on a range of factors to ensure both individual preferences and operational requirements are met.
