**A bit about you**
You will be a true professional who is not only great with customers but can also demonstrate the ability to lead a team with confidence. You will need to have the ability to communicate with all staff to motivate them effectively. You'll also need to be able to solve customer enquiries or complaints with a positive outcome at all times.
Your ultimate goal will be to lead our team of hospitality ambassadors providing exceptional service to your customers. Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources, providing direction, training and development to ensure our hospitality service offering is the best it can be across functions and casino hospitality.
You will have a unique blend of business knowledge and customer service expertise to ensure the continued success of our diverse Food and Beverage Operations. Responsible for covering a broad range of Duty Manager activities, your demonstrated computer skills, knowledge of regulations relating to alcohol service and host responsibility, and your high level of professionalism will be your platform for success.
**The 'must haves'**
You need to be over the age of 20, hold a current General Manager's Certificate and hold a least 2 years supervisory experience in a restaurant/bar/functions operation.
