We are currently on the hunt for a highly motivated and experience Human Resources Specialist to be based in our Customhouse store.

**The role**:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, timely and accurate administrative support and coordination to the HR function in every aspect including general administration, end to end recruitment and planning and execution of HR projects. You will also be required to confidently deal with the day to day business operations autonomously

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills - able to work to timeframes and deadlines.
- Work well under pressure and with mínimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Master at MS Office
- Understanding of NZ Employment Law
- Recruitment and administration experience is an absolute must.
- We also have a preference for a relevant HR related qualification
- Experience within retail would be a great advantage
