We've got an opportunity in our high performing customer service team for a passionate person. OCS is looking for a Customer Service Superstar to work at Air New Zealand Valet Parking, Auckland Airport.

You love customer service. You're outgoing, organized and nothing would thrill you more than getting people where they need to go - on time - and with a smile. You can say farewell to boredom forever in this role. A typical day includes frontline customer service, alphanumeric data entry, checking-in domestic travelling passengers and liaising with the driver team to ensure quality care of customers vehicles. It's fast paced, it's exciting and it's fun. To join our team, you'll need to be flexible to work rostered shift work including weekends. You'll need your own transport and a clean criminal record, along with superior attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
