**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented **Sales and Service Agent** to drive student enrollments, build positive client relationships, and provide exceptional service to our overseas students and partners. The role demands strong communication skills, local educational insight, and a proactive approach to achieving sales growth.

This is a **flexible working opportunity**, ideal for individuals who are self-driven and eager to grow their earnings. The agent can earn **up to NZD 60,000 annually**, based on performance and sales targets achieved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to promote ScienceGenic’s educational services in the assigned region.
- Engage with potential students, parents, and institutional partners to generate leads and conversions.
- Provide detailed information about programs, course structures, and benefits to prospective clients.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and trustworthy image of ScienceGenic in all client interactions.
- Handle inquiries, resolve client concerns, and ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Collaborate with the ScienceGenic India team to align sales goals, promotional activities, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and conversions using company CRM tools.
- Monitor local market trends and education system updates to identify new opportunities.
- Represent ScienceGenic in local events, education fairs, or online campaigns where applicable.

**Qualifications & Eligibility**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) — preference for Marketing, Business, or Education-related fields.
- Strong understanding of the **New Zealand education system** and student preferences.
- Excellent **public communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in **sales, client service, or education consulting** (preferred).
- Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM software, and online communication platforms.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Valid work authorization or residency in New Zealand.
