**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

Tātaki Auckland Unlimited’s Climate Innovation and Sustainability team has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Climate Change and Sustainability Advisor** to join our high calibre and influential team.

This dynamic and varied role will see you working with multiple stakeholders across diverse areas including climate action strategy, the emissions inventory and reduction activities, climate risk assessment, climate adaptation planning and climate change risk assessment, supporting economic sectors transition to low carbon to name a few.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

You will bring strong technical expertise relating to climate change mitigation and/or climate change adaptation, systems thinking, and knowledge of current and emerging climate change policy. You will leverage your sustainability networks and proactively identify sustainability issues and opportunities for transformative change.

A strong verbal and written communicator, leader, collaborator and relationship builder, you will bring together multiple groups of internal and external stakeholders. Your prior experience in critical analysis and providing advice will inform the delivery of strategic objectives.

You must have the ability to manage high-volume and complex projects and workflows with an appreciation of the big picture and an eye for detail.
