As the Senior Manager for Climate-related Disclosures, you'll be a pivotal part of our Sustainability team, leading the charge on climate reporting. If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference and ensuring businesses operate with transparency and responsibility, this could be the role for you.

Your expertise will shape how Kiwibank navigates the evolving landscape of climate reporting, ensuring compliance with the Climate-related Disclosures regime and driving industry best practice. You'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives, collaborate across teams, and continuously improve our transparency and sustainability.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Leading climate reporting and compliance efforts, including producing annual Climate Statements.
- Developing and implementing robust processes for Climate-related Disclosures and record-keeping.
- Navigating the Climate-related Disclosures regime, TCFD, and emerging industry best practice.
- Building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to influence and drive change.
- Drafting and communicating complex information with excellent written skills and attention to detail.
- Uplifting organizational knowledge and capability around climate reporting.
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, or a related professional area.
- Familiarity with non-financial reporting frameworks would be a bonus.
