As our Head of Climate & ESG Advisory, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we incorporate climate and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) into our operations and customer considerations. This position is about leading the charge, empowering change, and building a legacy that supports Kiwi businesses and communities in addressing some of the most pressing challenges.

In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of expert climate and ESG insights across Kiwibank, guiding us toward responsible and future-focused bank.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have the following experience:

- Proven experience in sustainable finance, sustainability/ESG, and climate change,.
- Knowledge or hands-on expertise in financial services, banking, and ESG risk management.
- Senior leadership experience with a strong ability to build relationships quickly and maintain them effectively across all levels.
- Strategic insight with commercial acumen, enabling you to make informed decisions with lasting impact.
- An influential presence and communication skills that resonate at every level.
- A track record of developing and implementing strategies and policies, especially in a sustainability context.
