We have an exciting and challenging role for an experienced Salesforce System Administrator to join us as we continue our Digital Transformation and adoption of Salesforce.
You will play a vital role in ensuring success of our Digital Transformation of which Salesforce is a key component.

**About our Salesforce Org**:
Our business model is complex, and this is reflected in our Salesforce Org. continually developing. We use multiple Salesforce clouds and features - Sales, Service & Experience Clouds, CPQ, Knowledge, Tableau, AWS Connect and Mulesoft. Due to this complexity, and coupled with a fast-moving environment, we need someone with depth of experience and who is excited by the pace and challenges of new systems adoption alongside the pressures of a busy business.

**About our Salesforce use**:
Our business use of Salesforce is young and still emerging. You will need experience and depth of knowledge to guide business users and processes to optimise Salesforce use and engagement. We don’t just need ‘best practice’, but ‘best practise for our business use’ - and you will need a combination of business and Salesforce acumen to deliver this.
Maturity and experience of change management, agile methodology and stakeholder engagement is a must.

We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable and comfortable working through sticky CRM responsibilities, with key responsibilities being:
CRM Users - user-record management, user training gaps, promoting user enablement and engagement, user support and training
Data integrity, issue root cause analysis, data security (high level)
Salesforce ‘go-to’ person for users - listening, documenting pain points/use cases for solutioning, getting ‘hands on’ where the solution is configurable
Collaborating with our Salesforce Partners on projects and best practice
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience with 3 years+ Salesforce operational experience and minimum Salesforce Certified Administrator
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems and databases
You embrace ‘all things Salesforce’ with passion and curiosity
Excellent customer support experience and modus operandi
