Based in our Havelock North office, we are looking for a motivated Accounts and Customer Service Administrator to support our sales, customer service, and logistics activities. Reporting to the General Manager, this varied role combines administration, systems support, and customer-facing responsibilities. You'll help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring success in every part of the business.

What You'll Do

· Process sales orders, dispatches, invoicing, and customer enquiries

· Assist with sales documentation, compliance, and inventory management

· Provide professional service to both domestic and international customers

· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes and assist with debtor follow up.

· Contribute to continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and team success.

· Provide day to day administrative support to our sales staff located throughout New Zealand.

What You'll Bring

· A friendly, engaging, and professional manner

· Strong organisation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving

· Previous experience in an FMCG office environment

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Confidence with systems (Microsoft, CRM, inventory systems, Xero) and administration

· A passion for wine and enthusiasm for representing an innovative brand
