We’ve grown at an incredible rate in a short 3 years - with strong backing, even greater things are in play and we have a new brilliant opportunity for a real self-starter, sophisticated B2B Marketer (Retail Media Marketing - Chapter Member) to join our passionate, retail obsessive and energetic team to take our retail media proposition and influence to greater new heights

As a B2B Marketer (Retail Media Marketing - Chapter Member), we will rely on your expertise and passion to deliver B2B marketing strategy and campaigns, promoting our offering. Working closely with our tightknit and experienced team, your involvement will span across every level from strategy involvement to execution, marketing to events and PR. Your work will directly build our brand and propositions external presence to solidify our name and offering in market.

Develop and ensure key contributions to the ongoing Market Media marketing strategy to produce best in class campaigns for a B2B audience. You’ll lead the creation and maintenance of supplier communications, working with the sales team to orchestrate resounding comms. Create and execute impactful event strategy to promote Market Media to our key audiences - delivering valuable connection, sponsorship and attendance opportunities for the brand. Ultimately, you’ll be a true champion and brand guardian for Market Media

Your brand and marketing expertise, knack for creating excitement and building a strong presence and proposition in market to B2B audience and partners will shine through your work. We will rely on your excellent communication, relationship and influencing skills - work transparently and collaboratively to develop new solutions, drive progress and build trust across a wider range of internal and external stakeholders, clients and partners.

Strategically minded, you’re also a confident and effective operator who can take hold of a challenge with two hands and deliver robust outcomes

You’ll have:

- Proven B2B brand and marketing experience - experience in retail media/agency/B2B segments highly desirable
- A daring, entrepreneurial mindset & spirit, with a desire to be a part of building a best in class offering
- Passion for retail media and demonstrable understanding of your audience and customer focus
- Exceptional communication skills - your work will land with other marketers, agency partners and key business decision makers to gain buy-in
- Curious and growth mindset - we’re new(ish) yet mighty and here to continue to innovate
