**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Manager to join us and lead the charge on our B2B Acquisition strategy. Alongside the Head of B2B Marketing and Engagement and the wider B2B Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a results focused B2B Acquisition marketing strategy.

Taking a customer-centric approach and working collaboratively with stakeholders, your goal will be to attract new customers to NZME with a specific focus on digital marketing channels.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in developing and implementing an annual B2B Marketing plan, with a specific focus on acquiring new customers
- A proven record of delivering effective B2B lead generation
- A data-led mindset with the ability to analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads, translating insights into actionable improvements
- Marketing automation experience - experience using CRMs like HubSpot is preferred but not essential
- A SEO/SEM expert who can work with internal stakeholders to drive results
- An understanding of eDM platforms is preferred but not essential
- CMS and website management expertise
- A socially savvy individual who can devise and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement and attracts new customers
- Can do attitude focused on problem solving
- Someone who’s keen to join a team where fresh thinking is embraced as we continue to evolve ways in which we engage current and potential customers alike
