**THE OPPORTUNITY**:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you here at NZME to join our B2B Marketing team as an Events & Activation Specialist. By collaboratively working with internal vertical leaders, content, editorial and marketing teams, this role will assist & facilitate events and activations for NZME customers showcasing the NZME portfolio of brands to increase share of voice in market.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Stakeholder Management**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key internal stakeholders including but not limited to sales, content, editorial and marketing to deliver NZME customer engagement outcomes.
- Support the wider B2B team and senior commercial teams with client servicing requirements to drive engagement, retention and revenue growth.
- Assist in the engagement and workflow between Agency & Direct Sales and B2B Marketing, ensuring the teams are set up to deliver market-leading customer engagement tactics.

**Customer Engagement**
- Lead the NZME Building Tour programme, introducing new and existing customers to our portfolio of brands and personalities through engaging and insightful tours.
- Review and develop capabilities of the iHeart Lounge under the guidance of Senior Marketing Manager B2B - Retention & Engagement to create market leading customer experiences.
- Assist in the delivery of NZME’s B2B strategy that increases share of voice in market as led by Head of B2B Marketing.
- Assist in translating NZME’s brand and channel strategies into relevant & effective customer action plans in the aid of driving revenue growth.

**Planning and organisational skills**:

- Sourcing of quotes for products, merchandise, suppliers and gifts.
- Review and update content as required to ensure collateral is up to date.
- Internal briefings.
- Creation of proposals.
- Work quickly and efficiently, managing time and prioritising to meet all deadlines.
- Management of distribution and RSVP lists.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 2 - 3 years’ experience in publisher side sales teams or media agency.
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Is a strategic thinker and disciplined in taking strategy to action via well-defined and executed operational plans.
- Sound understanding of all media platforms and the role they play in client’s and agencies media mix.
- Thrives in and has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a constantly changing environment.
- Be self-motivated and take direction well.
- Thrives in a fast-past environment.
- Places the customer’s needs at the heart of everything we do.
