As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will lead our efforts to establish a strong presence among trusted professionals and suppliers on this SaaS platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing B2B marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience and drive conversions. Through your strategic communication and campaign management skills, you will highlight our company's capabilities and solutions to potential business clients.
In addition to your B2B marketing responsibilities, you will oversee product marketing and sales enablement to ensure a comprehensive approach to our B2B growth strategy. Acting as a liaison between the product, sales, and marketing teams within our organization.
Your role will involve:
- Devising and executing lead generation strategies to acquire high-quality professional and supplier client leads, identifying target customer profiles and industries.
- Implementing lead nurturing campaigns to engage and educate leads at various stages of the sales funnel.
- Creating and executing product marketing strategies to effectively promote our offerings to our B2B audience.
- Defining and managing the go-to-market process for new product features and updates in collaboration with channel owners.
- Collaborating with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools, resources, and training for engaging potential B2B clients.
- Utilizing marketing technology and CRM systems for lead tracking, management, and analysis.
- Implementing account-based marketing strategies to target and engage key accounts within the industry, tailoring content and campaigns to specific client needs.
- Developing engaging and informative lead-generating content tailored to the B2B audience, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that address pain points and provide solutions.
- Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, associations, and influencers to expand our reach.
- Continuously analyzing lead generation performance metrics, including conversion rates, lead quality, and customer acquisition costs, and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Managing the allocated budget for demand generation efforts, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, and/or sales enablement.
- Familiarity with the industry is a plus.
- Exceptional project management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales enablement analytics and reporting tools.
- Customer focus, with a deep understanding of the value we provide for users.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
