**A bit about the role**:
The Group GM Financial Controller is a senior finance position that is fundamental to the effective and efficient management of Group and Corporate financial and tax compliance, along with planning and reporting requirements. This position is instrumental in ensuring robust Group structures, policies and frameworks are effectively implemented and executed across Group Finance to safeguard shareholder value.

**A bit about you**:
You'll be a strong technical finance professional with effective skills to drive operational excellence from systems, processes, and people, across accounting, reporting and compliance areas. You'll demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will have proven experience leading and empowering a team, along with proven capability to successfully navigate challenges to provide positive outcomes for all stakeholders. Strong competencies in collaboration, facilitation, influencing peers and stakeholders is essential, as is behavioural attributes premised on authenticity, curiosity, and courage.
