**The role**:
The Group GM ICT Design and Practice is a pivotal role within our organisation, leading three critical ICT teams, Architecture and Design, Coaching and Competency and BA Practice. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer and a key member of the ICT Leadership team, the role is instrumental in shaping SkyCity's ICT strategy and operations, driving innovation and excellence across the SkyCity Group. This role is crucial in ensuring that our technology infrastructure is not only robust and efficient but also at the forefront of industry standards.

**About you**:
You'll have experience in business architecture practises such as Lean SixSigma and technology architecture frameworks. You'll have an ability to tell the business strategy design to bring business leaders on a journey and have a proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. You'll be confident in delivering positive business outcomes in a fast paced environment and at the same time, providing direction and coaching to your team. You'll have an ability to set strategic direction for this function based on ICT and SkyCity goals, including financial, business and strategic planning.
