This organisation is one you will instantly recognise, they are one of Australia's largest food manufacturers.  This role plays a crucial part within the finance team, driving the financial control, planning and reporting utilising a process improvement mindset.   You will be a right hand to the GM finance providing crucial support while leading the team's delivery of results through strong financial controls.

Reporting to the GM Finance key responsibilities will include:

  • Month end budgeting and forecasting
  • Lead monthly performance review
  • Financial compliance and ensuring strong financial controls
  • Levering technologies
  • Value add reporting
  • Improving financial process and balance sheet control
  • Supporting broader group reporting requirements

You will have:

  • Previous experience within a similar role in a FMCG or manufacturing business
  • Your CA or similar qualification
  • Strong technical accounting abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Stakeholder engagement and effective communication
  • Strong Excel knowledge and ideally experience with SAP
