**About the Role**

Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting** Contract Manager - Maintenance** role just for you In this position. Your key purpose will be to plan and implement all contracts to ensure that time and technical commitments are achieved to an appropriate health, safety, and quality standard and to achieve planned profit or better as per tender bid targets.
- Maintain regular client engagement and ensure customer compliance.
- Reporting, variations, and monthly invoicing processes.
- Plan and assist staff to maximize productivity and maintain strong industrial relations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, safe work practices, and adherence to HSE policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure competency, training, and certification of staff and contractors.
- Drive incident reporting, investigation, and continuous improvement in safety culture.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, industry regulations, and contract law.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and tendering skills.
