**About the Role**
Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is seeking a highly skills and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), Lead Colposcopy Nurse to lead the colposcopy services within our Women’s Health Service. The CNS Colposcopy plays a crucial role in the success of the cervical screening program and ensuring that women in New Zealand receive high-quality and equitable care.
As CNS - Colposcopy Lead Nurse, you will:
- Provide leadership and guidance as the National Cervical Screening Programme Lead Nurse to improve the service across our rohe.
- Provide support of cervical screening practices, assessment and management.
- Lead case management for complex presentations.
- Champion quality improvement and service development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to clinical education, audit, and policy development.

**About you**
You are a Registered Nurse with:
- A current New Zealand practising certificate.
- A Postgraduate Diploma in specialty nursing (including advanced assessment and diagnostic reasoning).
- Progress toward or completion of a Master’s in Advanced Nursing Practice.
- RN Level 4 or equivalent, with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in Women’s Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health, or Primary Care.

- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
