**The Role**

We have a great opportunity available now for a Helpdesk Operator to join our office based in Henderson, West Auckland. If you have strong admin / customer service skills and call centre experience, then this is the job for you

This is a permanent full position offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and during business hours.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills and experience.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in a call centre environment
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proritise and multi-task
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently
- Confident with Microsoft Office and Excell
