Mail and Customer Service Officer | St Heliers and New Market Postshop / Box Lobby
- $25.30 per hour
- On Call

We are looking for a Mail and Customer Service Officer to support both St Heliers and New Market Postshop and Box Lobby. We work hard as a team, where getting to know your colleagues and having fun on the way is all part of the role.
As a Mail and Customer Service Officer, you are critical in ensuring our customers' mail and parcels are sorted, processed and dispatched correctly to be delivered on time. You will also be handling return parcels that will be streamed through to our mail network.
In this role, you are part of the engine that drives the New Zealand Post business, directly contributing to our customers' experience. From a supportive team environment, to training & development opportunities we can deliver you an awesome career

**In this dynamic role you will**:

- Be available to work On Call Monday - Saturday (as an when required)
- Be a natural team player that enjoys working within a team to put our customers first
- Be comfortable in a very physically demanding role
- Have an eye for detail. Do you get job satisfaction from getting things right first time to a high level of quality?
- Have a good geographical knowledge of New Zealand
