**About the role**

As the Customer Care Supervisor you will work to deliver exceptional customer experience through creating an environment of trained and knowledgeable Customer Care Advisors. This includes providing regular feedback, training, and development delivered in conjunction with the Customer Experience Manager.

In this role you will support the team to deliver the amazing customer service we’re famous for, ensuring the team achieve their KPIs in an effective and efficient way. Your focus will be on managing work flows from all avenues and supporting the team by answering their queries, handling any escalations and constantly looking for efficiencies and better ways of doing things to give exceptional service and advice to both our internal and external customers.

**About you**

You will need to be an active listener with great relationship, networking, negotiation and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with a high EQ and empathy are key for success.

Ideally you will hold:

- Previous people leadership (team leader/supervisor) experience gained in a call/contact centre
- Computer and keyboard skills
- Problem solving ability
- A positive, bubbly, can-do attitude
- Ability and willingness to work shifts.
