On behalf of our client we are seeking enthusiastic and energetic customer focused individuals to join their team, our client is one of the leading suppliers of compressed and bulk gases, chemicals and equipment around the globe with the mission of making our world more productive every day.

Our client develop safe, sustainable and innovative solutions for customers in many speciality sectors, heavy industry and medical environments.

We have several open roles to fill for their Inbound Call Centre which is based in Ellerslie/Penrose Area

**_A bit about the role:_**
- Fast paced call centre environment (60 calls a day)
- Record and resolve customer issues with your excellent phone manner which may include but not limited to:

- Monitoring customer ordering systems
- Placing orders - Exports - Imports
- Special gas orders/quotes - where we create mixtures of gases to suit the customer specifications
- Scientific process & equipment inquiries
- Healthcare gas & equipment orders/inquires for home medical customers to hospitals installation
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Proactively promote value added services
- Identify and convert opportunities to maximise customer retention
- Reporting

**_Your Skills and attributes:_**
- Positive winning attitude
- Excellent and proven experience in an inbound call centre role
- Great with MS Office (SAP is a bonus)
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Background in Inbound Customer Service call centre environment preferred
- Ideally has a Science background
- Trade qualifications or experience in gas, welding or trade tools (an advantage)
- Will pass a background police check
- Will pass a pre-employment medical which involves a drug screen
