**Who are we?**

We’re Atomic Coffee Roasters, a specialty roaster who have been at the forefront of the coffee industry since 1992. Using Fairtrade, specialty-grade coffee, we source, roast and blend our beans to achieve a complex and challenging taste profile.

We’re a leader in the NZ Specialty Coffee industry, with a team of passionate and knowledgeable hospitality professionals, who believe in being serious about our coffee but not taking ourselves too seriously.

**Why join us as our Store Manager?**
- You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, you will lead and inspire your team to consistently deliver exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.
- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation, including managing inventory and supplies, invoices, cashing-up and handling any operational queries.
- You’ll work closely with your team of Café Assistants and Baristas and establish a strong working relationship with our Head Chef to ensure excellent service outcomes.
- You’ll help establish our flagship as not only a café, but a destination to support wholesalers who want to join our wider Atomic family.

**Who are we looking for?**

Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, who can navigate operational challenges while enhancing customer experience. Ideally you will come from a café or restaurant management background, you’ll be a do-er who can comfortably lead and motivate a team of people. You’ll have a love for coffee with ambitions to grow our Flagship reputation as the go-to Kingsland coffee spot.
