We are looking for an inspiring and driven Store Manager to lead our team at St Lukes store. This is your chance to bring your leadership style to a brand that celebrates individuality and great customer experiences. You will be creating a space where your team feels supported, your customers feel amazing, and your store performs at its best.

Here's what's on offer:

Role – Store Manager

  • Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Salary: $60,000  + bonus potential 

What your day will look like

  • Leading the store day-to-day and taking ownership of its success
  • Coaching, mentoring, and empowering your team to reach their full potential
  • Driving sales and motivating the team to hit and exceed targets
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members
  • Delivering a customer experience that reflects who we are as a brand
  • Creating and maintaining a strong, inclusive team culture
