Are you a Junior Planner or experienced Media Coordinator looking to take the next step up in your career? We've got an exciting opportunity to join NZME working in our friendly, fast-paced brand marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing media planning and reporting to support the wider Marketing team, working across some of NZ's most-loved radio brands including ZM, Flava, The Hits, Newstalk ZB, Coast and our digital audio platform iHeartRadio, as well as our market leading publishing brands such as The New Zealand Herald, Business Desk, Viva and Driven.

Ideally, you've got a couple of years of media advertising experience under your belt and you are excited by the possibilities of blending technology, data, strategy, and creativity to deliver cutting edge work.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the wider marketing team with media strategy, prioritisation, campaign planning, placement & reporting
- Coordinating and reporting on contra arrangements
- Plan, schedule and implement all media placements for all contra/ sponsorship advertising, including liasing with radio creative teams to brief and approve material.
- Monitor campaigns closely and leverage benefits for stakeholders
- Produce accurate and clearly presented results and deliver strong campaign performance
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are managed carefully and accurately, ensuring achievement of key objectives.
- Build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations
- Make sure that all tasks and responsibilities, including media schedules, spot lists, invoicing, forecasting and post campaign analyses are completed to deadlines and to a high standard
- Ensure correct client billings by managing budgets and reconciliations, and addressing any account queries

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Demonstrated experience within a traffic and/ or media booking environment
- Experience in capturing and analysing data
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Team-player
- Deadline driven
