About this opportunity:
As a key member of the Wellness & Homecare Vertical Brand Marketing Team, you will be supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across a wide range of marketing disciplines, including social and digital media, influencers, grassroots activations and more.

In this role, you will work across international markets with the opportunity to lead key marketing projects at a global and local scale. This role requires someone who thinks creatively, laterally, independently, and social media execution is a pivotal part. The more outrageous the ideas, the better

WHAT YOU'LL DO

**CONTENT**:

- Managing organic content strategy for Wellness & Homecare including:

- Ideation & execution of all organic content ideas across Meta & Tiktok with a significant focus on launching and growing the brand new HABIT mascotand One #cleantok
- Collaborate with internal creative teams on assets & delivery
- Set creative benchmarking & platform reviews to ensure brands remain at forefront of trends and creative excellence
- Analysis of performance insights & implementing improvements for growth
- Review creative deliverables for edits and engage stakeholders for sign off
- Developing & ongoing management of the HABIT Blog. Including growth strategies, managing third party support, planning content & working with Digital team on content performance.
- Developing (in partnership with Brand Leads) & managing EDM strategy for HABIT, including:

- Writing content & managing SEO optimisation
- Managing audience segmentation with digital team & E-Com Lead support
- Leading content planning

**SEEDING**:

- Leading influencer campaigns, working with our global in-house influencer team to manage seeding hundreds of influencers & securingcontent
- Leading product seeding campaigns, working with our in-house consumer testing team to manage seeding bulk samples to identified workplaces and organisations to get product in hands

**PAID/INFLUENCER**:

- Support the execution of Paid Influencer and Creator Studio campaigns, including drafting content briefs & KPIs, approving content & evaluating performance
- Support Brand Leads with paid content execution, briefing, and timeline management

**ADMIN/FINANCE RELATED TASKS**:

- Support in the day-to-day execution of global social calendars, reporting and content management of owned channels.
- Support in the reconciliation of brand marketing budgets
- Lead invoice processing with support from Senior Marketing Executive when required
- Support in the creation of core brand assets, including presentations to be utilised by the wider business.
- Support in the reporting of marketing activity, to assist in team decision making

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- You must have at least 2 years solid social media experience (particularly strategising, creating and editing content, measuring success and managing social pages)
- You studied marketing or related fields and you've been exposed to fundamentals in previous experiences
- You have the ability to create super engaging content for social media plans, such as short-form TikTok videos and coordinating Instagram content plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in copywriting
- You have the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and stay focused in a dynamic and changing environment
- Experience and interest in growing and learning in the social media/content space
- You are a great team player ready to get stuck in and challenge the status quo when needed
- You are always online An expert of social media, you love looking at trends, following what's happening, and you're genuinely passionate about building a social following/commun
