**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are on the hunt for a passionate social media pro to lead the development and execution of our Social Media strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit, digitally savvy team and work closely with the Brand Manager. Use social listening and analytics, mixed with creative flair to design content to increase audience engagement. You'll be driven to organically expand our brand presence to new platforms.

The primary purpose of this role is to create and lead the implementation of compelling social media plans and strategies that consistently tell the OneRoof story through all social media channels, getting the best out of the platforms to connect and build our audience.

You will understand how the OneRoof brand is positioned in the market and assist in developing, implementing and managing social media plans with a focus on growing the OneRoof brand.

You will work with a cross-functional brand team and digital customer team focused on driving growth across our key brand metrics, developing new and engaging existing audiences across social media.

This is a full time role based out of our NZME Headquarters in Central Auckland.

**A TYPICAL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE**:

- Be the social media champion for the OneRoof brand
- Develop, implement and manage social media marketing strategies
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as NZME Social teams, Sales, Trade Marketing, Legal, Data and Insights to improve, optimise and deliver social media campaigns.
- Success in this role will be measured by increases in audience to site via social, brand health metrics and consumer engagement with our brand.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- A passion for property and social media
- At least 2-3 years of relevant social media experience
- Experience in working for a high-profile consumer brand or agency
- Experience in working with content creators and influencers
- Able to find innovative ways of storytelling via social media campaigns and drive engagement via Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and TikTok
- Able to build relationships quickly and have a knack for uncovering great stories
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Have epic photography and editing skills
- Be a self-starter who can work well collaboratively, deliver on promises, prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and pay good attention to detail
