The specialist Account Executive will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business pipeline while championing collaboration with the extended stakeholder community including Engineers, Industry Directors, Professional Services, Partners etc. Key to success in this role will be the ability to engage with prospect organisations through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data. - You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. - You will consult with customers on the Salesforce B2B and B2C Commerce Platform to evangelise solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations. - You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana. **Experience Priorities**: - A passion for digital commerce and a customer success mindset above all else - Experience selling eCommerce related technology (Platforms, Payments, PIM, CMS etc) - Strong industry experience within the Retail and Consumer Goods verticals - Excellent communication skills including facilitation of: meetings (via phone or in person), presentations, business case articulation and supporting product demonstrations - Ability to negotiate and close complex deals at an executive level - History of over-achieving sales quota in past positions - Confidence in your ability to proactively target, engage and nurture new logo prospects **Accommodations**: **Posting Statement**: At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
