About The Role
We're currently looking for a hands-on digital obsessed
Ecommerce Lead
. You'll be experienced with collaborating cross-functionally to accelerate digital projects and campaigns and optimise digital execution.
You'll have the opportunity to use your digital, operations & communications expertise to drive channel growth and optimise Spark's online sales ecosystem through improvements and innovations.
You'll be passionate about data, operations and optimisation, using your expertise to guide decision-making in a rapidly evolving ecommerce landscape. If you're looking for a new challenge, this could be the role you've been looking for.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyse digital journey and campaign performance to proactively find friction points, recommend optimisation opportunities and drive the adoption of AI & ML personalisation capabilities to improve digital channel sales.
- Champion the use of martech tools to ensure maximum business value from capability investments and increase adoption of tools.
- Design and execute an ecommerce strategy to grow Spark's digital sales and improve customer experiences while aligning with the company's transformation goals and the changing landscape of eCommerce with the rise of Agentic AI.
- Oversee the performance, operations, and user experience of Spark's ecommerce platforms; ensuring seamless discovery, checkout, and after-sales processes.
- Execute digital campaigns and launches, including targeted promotions and online offers, managing various aspects as needed to get across the line
- Monitor ecommerce KPIs and targets, providing regular channel performance updates and actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage relationships with third-party platform providers, logistics, supply chain and internal stakeholders
- Work alongside marketing to appropriately prioritise and align promotional messaging across eCommerce touchpoints to maximise conversion rate and online sales
- Champion customer-centric practices in every aspect of Spark's ecommerce operations, representing the voice of Spark's customers for continued innovation and service excellence
Key Skills & Experience
- Strategic yet hands-on, with strong attention to detail and experience with marketing communications or operations
- Excellent communication skills and storytelling abilities
- Commercially astute, with a proven track record in growing online sales
- Passionate about digital transformation and outstanding customer experiences
- Adaptable and comfortable with rapid change
- Experience using Adobe Analytics workspace (or similar analytics tools) for identifying optimisation opportunities and familiarity with visual analytics and session recording tools (Hotjar, SessionCam or Glassbox)
- Experience with Experimentation or Personalisation on digital channels to improve funnel performance and key KPI's
- Experience with improving processes, operations and ecommerce ecosystems to scale channel growth while preparing for the agentic future
- A learning mindset and passion to develop your data and optimisation skills
