Our client is looking for a proactive, driven, flexible and dynamic person to hit the ground running within Financial Services As the Senior Sales Coordinator, you'll be the voice of the business within initial customer contact, onboarding, and developing business sales.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers to ensure KPI's are met, manage and negotiate volumes, and dealing with external stakeholders. With your love of people and the ability to build relationships. This is the role for you

This is a great opportunity for someone in a coordinator role that is used to juggling a busy portfolio and looking to step into their next challenge You will have a passion for people, an eye for detail and to be successful you will be able to think on your feet, have strong communication and relationship building skills, work in an agile environment.
- You will be processing all sales leads from the business’ website and client referrals
- Contact leads via phone calls daily, promoting the value of the business services with the aim to convert into appointments in line with business KPIs and values
- Building your own referral network
- Creating and analysing business submissions
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure clients receive a seamless onboarding experience
- While finance industry experience is helpful, it’s not as important as:_
- Your curious mind
- A high level of accuracy
- Strong administration experience
- Be a great team player and have a positive energy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Confidence in problem solving
