Due to growth, my client is looking for an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor, in Christchurch.

You will be part of a high-performing collegial team who takes pride in their work and offer strategic and pragmatic legal advice across a range of clients and a variety of simulating matters.

You will have a broad range of experience under your belt: Business Sales & Purchases, Business Structuring and advice, Commercial Leases and Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions, Shareholder Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Joint Ventures, Business Structuring, Financing, Franchising, Terms of Trade, Commercial Leases, you will be able to demonstrate a broad range of general commercial matters.

You will be working with clients daily so you must be confident in building and maintaining excellent relationships and helping to grow your practice and will be well supported for success. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 6 years + PQE however if you can demonstrate a solid range of Commercial Matters and are ambitious, we need to talk
