What we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Advisor to join our Organisational Strategy and Performance function. This role will support the Principal Advisor, Organisational Strategy and Performance to deliver refreshed strategic and business planning processes, high-quality organisational performance monitoring and governance support for the PCO.
We are looking for an advisor with 1-3 years of experience. You will need:

- strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- a solid understanding of the machinery of government and overall government planning, reporting and accountability processes
- experience in, or knowledge of, strategic and business planning processes, performance reporting requirements, project coordination and leadership team governance support
- to work both within a team and independently
- a high level of initiative and judgement, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility
- to be a clear communicator and an advocate for plain language
