Role Summary

We are seeking a
Report Analyst
with strong reporting and data analysis skills to design, build, and maintain business and operational reports. The role will primarily focus on
data extraction, reporting, dashboards, and insights
, with
optional exposure to Business Analysis activities
such as requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.

This role suits candidates who are reporting-focused but comfortable working closely with business users.

Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & Data Analysis (Primary)

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    operational and management reports
  • Build dashboards and visualisations
    to support business decision-making
  • Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple data sources
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
    in all reports
  • Perform
    trend analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
  • Automate recurring reports where possible

Business Analysis (Optional / Nice to Have)

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand
    reporting and data requirements
  • Translate business needs into reporting specifications
  • Support documentation such as requirements, data definitions, and report logic
  • Assist in UAT support
    and validation of reports

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience as a
    Report Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Data Analyst
  • Strong experience with reporting tools such as:
  • Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar
  • Strong
    SQL skills
    for data extraction and validation
  • Experience working with
    data warehouses / data marts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders
