Are you an experienced Data Warehouse Engineer seeking a new permanent career opportunity?
Working within a diverse data specialist team you will provide a high level of data warehouse expertise across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Data engineering ETL experience, preferably within a large scale enterprise level organisation.
- Advanced and comprehensive understanding of Data engineering concepts, including previous experience analysing, defining and structuring complex business rules/logic.
- Experience with requirements gathering and data analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in data modelling and design.
- Experience in data & analytics with exposure to product sets such as Data Vault, WhereScape RED, SSIS, T-SQL and Azure is needed.
- R/Python and AWS knowledge will be preferred.
- Understanding of what is necessary to develop high quality data products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
- You will have the ability to adapt and pick up new systems quickly.
- Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and attention to detail skills.
This role has flexible arrangements and can be based at either Auckland, Wellington or Palmerston North.
