**What will you do?**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Innovation Labs team based in Christchurch. As Product Portfolio Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategy, growth, and continuous improvement within our Innovation Labs. You'll lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, fostering collaboration across Value Streams, and delivering value to both our business and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the development of the overall product strategy, in collaboration with Head of Innovation Labs and key stakeholders
- Prioritising technology opportunities with Value Stream Leads to ensure alignment with the business plan and maximise value creation for residents, future customers and the business
- Responsible for the strategic delivery of Ryman's digital product portfolio and its alignment with Ryman's long-term strategic objectives
- Leading, developing and directing Value Stream Leads to deliver high value digital products and experiences
- Embedding a culture of innovation and best practice product frameworks across value streams, in collaboration with the Chapter Leads
