**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**

Based in Favona, as the Warehouse Solutions Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing the 3PL partners' warehousing and consolidation hub operations and support in International and 3PL warehousing revenue streams for Woolworths NZ’s 4PL Primary Connect+ business operations.

Your ability to e stablish and influence key relationships with 3PL providers, carrier partners, internal stakeholders and customers will ensure you foster strong relationships. With a disciplined approach to time management and financial awareness, you excel under pressure and bring effective problem-solving skills to dynamic and complex situations

**About You | Mōu**

We are seeking an experienced professional in 3PL or warehousing roles, including team and contract management. Your background in inventory management and transport, logistics, or general supply chain operations will be complemented by experience in cross-dock operations and managing operational budgets.

You will possess strong planning and organizational skills, enabling you to think strategically and tactically. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively, you demonstrate a proactive approach to engaging key stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
