**The opportunity**:

- In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications along with the wider Clients & Markets team and various stakeholders across the firm to develop and activate internal and external sector-led and divisional marketing campaigns.
- An important aspect of this role will be to write some content for and deliver/activate all content for our key campaigns across all company's internal and external digital and social channels.

**Day to day you will**:

- General marketing and communication support of the Clients & Markets team in the development and delivery of integrated internal and external campaigns
- Working across all areas of the marketing mix such as, but not limited to, sponsorship, PR, digital, social, intranet and events - sometimes these will be after usual office hours, so flexibility will be required
- Managing the production and loading into the system of Powerpoint screensavers, that are used across the firm as a channel for internal communications
- Daily responsibility for the operation of company's external and internal digital and social channels such as, but not limited to, intranet, website, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
- Utilising our CRM system “Interaction” and e-marketing tool “Vuture” to create and manage internal and external events, e-newsletters and electronic direct mail communications
- Working with internal stakeholders e.g. Sector Drivers, Citizenship, IDE, PPC, Operations, ITS, Finance and regional offices - helping them with their internal comms, marketing campaigns and events
- Assisting the Clients & Markets Leadership Team with various reporting across campaigns, pipeline, client activity and client feedback analysis (such as NPS). Plus, monthly management reports to NEC and MarComms media tracking and analytics - website, social media, Isentia, plus others as required
- Any other duties as allocated which assist to fulfil the purpose of the position.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Relevant degree e.g Marketing and Communications
- Minimum 1 years experience in a relevant role
- Experience in digital and social channels (external and internal)
- Competence with software packages including of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM software and utilising survey and reporting tools would be an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a good grasp of the English language (essential)
- Quick learner, able to demonstrate initiative
- Proven organisational and time management skills - with the ability to work methodically and to deadline
- Hands-on approach, with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
- A high level of self-motivation, energy and drive
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Pragmatic, collaborative and inclusive approach
