**Team Administrator - Part time**
- **Join the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) and contribute to the Government's ambition to double export value in ten years. As part of the newly established FTA Boost Unit, you'll play a key role in supporting the team that's driving this exciting initiative.**
- **Part-time (20 hours per week), permanent role, Wellington based**

**About the role** - **Korero mo te turanga**

We're looking for a proactive and organised Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Trade and Economic Group. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

- Coordinating office systems, resources, and equipment to support the Group's work
- Supporting managers with finance, audit, information, and security responsibilities
- Organising meetings, workshops, functions, and training events
- Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assisting with budget forecasting and monitoring

The appointing range for this role is between $58,924 to midpoint of $65,471 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution. Appointment within this range will depend on your level of experience.
